In cash or by card in the office

When placing an order for translation and/or legalization in one of our offices, you can pay in cash or by card the advance amount for your order. Upon receipt of the finished translation or your legalized documents, you can pay the remaining amount also in cash or by card.

You will receive a cash receipt confirming the payment made. Upon your wish in advance, you can be issued an invoice to a natural person or company.


Bank account transfer

We provide our clients with the opportunity to pay for our services by bank transfer as well, after issuing an invoice.

For natural persons, the payment of an order for translation and/or legalization by bank transfer must necessarily be made after confirmation by our representative of the possibility of performing the service. Then the order is started after receiving payment/receipt of the amount on the account.

Secure online payment

After submitting an online order for translation and/or legalization through our website, our representative reviews the documents you have attached, your requirements for the language combination and deadline. After the review, you will receive a link to to make the online payment via the contact email you provided.

Our online ordering system provides you with several possible options:


  • BORICA—credit/debit card—Payment through a virtual POS terminal of BORICA. It is possible to make payments with credit/debit cards such as VISA, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and others. The system provides the possibility of double verification, if such is active for your payment card.

  • ePay, Paysera—Integrated solutions for accepting credit and debit card payments,such as VISA, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, etc., in accordance with the requirements of ePay and Paysera.

  • EasyPay—When choosing this payment method, you will receive a code with which to pay in the most convenient for you EasyPay office.

When making an online payment, we at ARTE.DOC EOOD do not collect, store or process your payment data. They are processed only by the payment system. 


Terms of payment for Arte.Doc translation services


Users of the site www.artedoc.com and all clients are not allowed to make illegal transactions for the purpose of fraud, through the use of false, stolen, falsified card and data.

Any additional costs, such as sending documents or receiving ready translation by courier, are at the client’s expense. When placing an online order, we provide the opportunity to choose the Courier Delivery option and the payment is included in the amount of your order.
