Prices starting from 12.00 EUR/page for written translation and from 30 EUR for legalization/per document - clear and transparent, visible in every office and on our website.

With our Calculator you can determine the price of your order by entering the language combination, the time frame, and the volume of the translation you need. This way you have complete control and can plan the order according to your budget.

We also offer combined translation and legalization packages, tailored to the different requirements of the client and suitable for every budget.

arte.doc is a translation and legalization agency based in Sofia, operating since 2000.

We provide written and spoken translation in 36 languages, document legalization with Apostille and certification at NACID, the Ministry of Justice, and the Consular Relations Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (for Bulgarian documents), as well as legalization before Notary for all other document, fully online ordering and payment, and two offices in Sofia - at 23 Vitosha Blvd. and at 6 Al. Zhendov St., next to the Consular Relations Directorate. 

We help companies and individuals to receive quality translations always meeting the deadline and maintaining the confidentiality of information.

What sets us apart is our own ARTE 5E "Guaranteed Quality Translation" system, built on 5 elements applied to every project simultaneously: selecting a translator-and-editor team, a rich terminology database, technology solutions for high-volume projects, a quality assessment method, and tracking under a unique project number in our ERP system to safeguard deadlines and confidentiality.

We work following strict ISO workflows that ensure information security, meeting deadlines and selecting the most appropriate translator. One of them is the ISO 17100:2015 translation services standard (adopted in Bulgaria as BDS EN ISO 17100:2015).

  • Legalization of documents—we assist with free up-to-date information related to all legal provisions regarding the legalization of your documents. This will save you time and effort, as there won’t be any need to go around the various institutions. We also provide a combined service for translation and legalization of documents. 
  • Interpretation—consecutive, simultaneous, accompanied, before a notary, whispered iinterpreting, online interpreting. For each event we select the most appropriate expert interpreter. That is why we guarantee that our interpretation is professional and of high quality. 
  • Editing and proofreading—our experienced editors are specialists not only in a specific language combination, but also in various fields, such as technical, medical, legal, financial, etc.
